Job Title: Breakfast Manager
Location: Exeter
Salary: GBP21,000 per annum

Based in the stunning Devon Countryside this 4-star Hotel thrive on ensuring all guests have the best possible experience when visiting. They pride themselves with their superb range of facilities who offer a high level of customer service. My client are looking for someone who is friendly and enthusiastic to join their Foont of House team.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensuring banking and stock ordering procedures are adhered
To be the point of contact for any customer enquiries, handling them efficiently and effectively.
Set up for the day
Ensure the Chef is ready for the day
Staff are appropriately dressed and in good spirits, preparing them for the service
Ensure guests are greeted in a friendly, warm manner (not as a room number)
Food is delivered hot and within desired timing
Checking in on guests
At end of breakfast, clubhouse/restaurant is "broken down" and reset for next service.
Due to the rural location of this position, applicants must have access to their own transport and a full, clean UK driving licence.
