Our Client are a specialist team of construction focused sustainability professionals, providing industry leading services and technology to the built environment.
As experts on building performance, in particular indoor environments, energy consumption and carbon emissions, they work with a range of construction professionals which include Architects, Project Managers and Contractors to deliver significant environmental benefits. These include lower construction costs, reduced running expenses and decreased energy demand, working to a common goal of developing leaner greener buildings.
Closing in on a decade of trading, this dynamic forward-thinking consultancy enjoys huge demand for their time and expertise, offering further growth opportunities and exciting career paths. To further enable this growth the introduction of a new role within the business has been created to be recruited for in the coming weeks.
The position of Administrator will predominantly assist the sales and new business team: -
* Recording and monitoring of incoming enquiries
* Preparation of fee proposals
* Return and filing of fee proposals / associated drawings and information
* Diarising and action of follow up activity (internal/external)
* Meeting & presentation preparation
* System access and updating
* Sales support
* Intelligence gathering
With approximately 20 staff and the likelihood of that increasing significantly over the next few years, the key appointment of an Administrator is an important one that underlines the management's commitment to ensuring they retain their customers, attract new business and remain a great place to work.
Like many construction related businesses the environment is often fast paced and energetic, best suited to admin professionals who are highly organised and efficient with time management. Whilst experience of working in a construction environment would be useful, applications are also invited from other similarly demanding sectors where high levels of multitasking and communication are required
