The position of Administrator will positively impact a number of employee led functions, which will include: -
* Coordinating recruitment drives
* New starter onboarding
* Personnel Contracts
* Resource monitoring
* Employee wellbeing
* Training & Development
* Events
* Marketing
* Office maintenance & management
* IT & Asset management
With approximately 20 staff and the likelihood of that increasing significantly over the next few years, the key appointment of an Administrator is an important one that underlines the management's commitment to ensuring they retain their valued employees, attract new talent and remain a great place to work.
Like many construction related businesses the environment is often fast paced and energetic, best suited to admin professionals who are highly organised and efficient with time management.
