A great entry level opportunity to join a well-performing and successful business as a Sales / Transport Administrator. This position will be based in the company's Kettering offices and is available on a temp to perm basis (this is a newly created role, which will pick up aspects of other roles following a member of staff leaving and another about to go on Maternity Leave)

The position would suit someone bright and motivated with great communication skills and a good telephone manner. You will have the ability to pick systems up quickly and highly accurate data entry skills.

The main aspects of the role are:

Collate the daily Drivers run-sheets and input the relevant data onto excel spreadsheets
Calculate the lorry earnings, driver hours, and driver bonuses
Provide support to the Sales team
Answer the telephone
Take orders from customers and check stock availability
Liaise with transport where required to resolve queries and provide delivery information to customers
Provide cover where required
Hours of work will likely be 08:30 - 16:30 Monday to Friday (there may be some flexibility in this), with 30 minutes unpaid break each day
