Customer Support advisor, Anstey LE7.
Our client are publishers and distributors of large print and unabridged audio books worldwide and are looking for Customer Support advisor to join their team.
Permanent contract
GBP9.90 p/h
Hours 09:00-17:00 Mon-Fri
35 hours per week
Customer Support advisor responsibilities:
To act as a referral point for customer enquiries and to ensure all communications received are dealt with promptly, advising customers on all aspects.
Working closely with all departments, especially Sales and Order Entry to establish library requirements through interpretation of orders and by direct contact with libraries.
You will have the ability to resolve queries with the assistance of relevant departments and to advise accordingly of any potential problems.
The team also have reception duties, answering the phone, greeting visitors etc.Skills:
The ideal candidate needs to have excellent Microsoft Office/IT skills and be confident with using our bespoke system.
Must be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual.
