Our client is looking for an organised and experienced team assistant to join their business support team on a part-time basis. Working to support a busy housing association, you will bring great communication and customer service skills to this diverse role. You will help the team by providing essential administrative support, be part of implementing our exciting digitisation strategy for the organisation, including support with their digital platforms and assist with preparing key performance data.

* Someone who can roll up their sleeves and be part of the team

* An all-rounder in admin support

* Experience of working with senior management or board members

* Confident user of MS Office

* Confidence using technology and digital platforms

* Ability to produce reports

* Great organisation skills, and an eye for detail

* Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage own workload

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including telephone manner
