Skills Direct are excited to be working alongside our prestigious clients and have exciting opportunities for talented individuals to work within their production environment assisting the Line - Co-ordinators with the running and changeover of production lines, based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
This is a 12-week, temp to perm position for the perfect candidate.
Roles & Key Responsibilities
* Fostering strong relationships with all departments.
* Ensures compliance with Quality Standards and Specifications, reporting quality defects to the Coordinator
* Operation of cosmetic and liquid filling and packaging machinery
* Adheres to company hygiene policies and procedures.
* Maintains a high level of personal hygiene and adheres to good housekeeping procedures, wiping up spillages and ensuring that equipment is free from contamination.
A Successful Applicant will have/be
* Will have previous experience working in a busy, fast paced factory environment.
* A strong team player.
* Have good communication skills.
* Have a positive, flexible attitude towards work.
* Be able to demonstrate the ability to identify health and safety and environmental issues
* A key eye to detail.
* Possess strong communication of the English language
Working Hours
* Saturdays Only

Remuneration
GBP10.90 per hour
(GBP8.72 + 25% shift allowance)
