An Independent Fostering Agency are looking for a qualified social worker to join their team in a Supervising Social Worker role. The agency's Ofsted has been Outstanding for 10 consecutive years and were recently awarded the Investors in people Platinum award, showing that the services they provide are of the highest level of quality care, this will give you the opportunity to be part of a team who puts the Children and carers first and will help you develop yourself.
The role itself will be home-based and the caseload will be local to Worcester, giving you more flexibility with your work schedule and less time commuting. You will receive training and support if required. Your working hours will also be flexible, giving you the time to arrange your schedule to fit your life outside of work.
Requirements:
Must have a background in working with children
Must already be registered with SWE
Must have a driving licence and access to a car for work use
