Are you an aspiring youth justice officer or outreach worker?
This HLTA role will provide essential experience on your journey to working within youth justice, and there are also outreach opportunities within this very school. You will also gain an understanding of the cognitive behaviours displayed by vulnerable young children who are susceptible to offending, and providing essential support to prevent such events occurring.
Key responsibilities:
Keeping children safe
Supporting studies by applying to their interests
Monitoring and moderating behaviour
Working amongst a team of support staff and teachersYou'll benefit from:
Working with secondary aged boys with SEMH and EBD.
Opportunity to work alongside Forensic/Clinical/Educational Psychologists
CPD provided by Academics and the provision

Career progression opportunitiesRequirements:
Grade C or above in GCSE Maths and English
Experience working in a school setting is beneficial but not essential
An up-to-date DBS check
