Job Title: Part Time Pig Stockperson
Location: Close to Cambourne
Hourly rate: circa GBP9.00 p/h - Overtime rate paid for weekends
Hours: Monday/Friday & every other weekend 17 - 25 hours a week
Contract Type: Part Time, permanent
Sector: Agriculture & Farming
Our client based close to Cambourne is looking for a Part Time Pig Stockperson to join their team and help with the day to day maintenance of their pigs. This is an interesting role for anyone who is open to developing new skills and wanting to learn more about pigs.
As the Part Time Pig Stockperson your duties will include:
* Mucking out and feeding the animals
* Collecting the boars
* Checking the health of the boars
* Working in the laboratory, processing and packing
* Delivering product to another site.
An ideal candidate for the Part Time Pig Stockperson will have:
* Driving license
* Hard working attitude and be happy working with large animals
* No connection to other pig fams.
Ideally you will have experience within a similar position. Interviews will take place in Saffron Walden, Essex, following a registration process by PureKat Consultancy Ltd.
