Warehouse Operatives

We are looking for proactive hard working individuals to join our Manufacturing team in Logistics. You will need to be a flexible team player with a customer focus - someone who takes a pride in helping to produce first class customer service. We operate with Lean manufacturing techniques and will look for individuals who can add value by taking ownership of their role and making improvement suggestions.

Your main responsibilities within Logistics will include:

• To participate in a whole range of manufacturing processes, including:
• Picking and packing the customer orders to deadlines.
• Loading and unloading transport vehicles
• Undertaking stock takes
• Achieving standards set within manufacturing.
• All other relevant and requested activities and functions.
• Proactively contribute to Altro's Zero Harm culture and take responsibility for your own safety and that of your colleagues.

Prior experience in a Production or Logistics environment may be an advantage though full training will be provided if you can demonstrate the right attitudes and behavior.

Manufacturing operates on a 24hr/5 day per week basis and so shift work is required. Logistics operates on a double day shift. In return we offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
