This highly ambitious business now needs a very capable and practical individual that will pro-actively assist with day-to-day responsibility for all livestock and arable production areas managing all details of the farming operation as required. You will consider all options to raise standards and increase productivity. You will need to have the appetite to be a leading contributor to a farming business that have plans to grow significantly within the next few years.
