OnBuy have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

Location: Remote Working / Hybrid Working

Salary: GBP22,000 - GBP25,000 per annum

Contract: Full Time - 5 days a week including Saturday and Sunday (+ Open to Flexible Working)

Technical Customer Service Advisor - What You Will Do:

- You will be responsible for monitoring and utilising our ticket system to respond and resolve all seller queries, including any technical issues relating to their account

- As a proactive individual, you will identify and escalate any potential issues or bugs to our eCommerce Support Manager to continually improve our sellers' experience

- Use your exceptional customer service skills to liaise directly with our sellers to support them in resolving their issues via our ticketing system

- Make changes to the sellers' accounts as per their requests, including implementing any product changes, dealing with brand ownership, and setting up automated stock and price feeds

- Identify and escalate potential issues or bugs to our eCommerce Manager to optimise our sellers' experience

- Liaise with internal departments to ensure our sellers' needs are fulfilled effectively

Technical Customer Service Advisor - What We Are Looking For:

The successful candidate will need to have the following experience and skills:

- Have a minimum of 1 years' experience working within a B2B or B2C technical support role

- Have a working knowledge and understanding of technical systems, ideally with additional experience working with marketplace portals or eCommerce platforms

- Be able to learn new systems and processes in a time-sensitive environment

- Have impeccable attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills

- Have exceptional interpersonal, organisation and time management skills

- Ability to interpret, identify and troubleshoot issues whilst providing excellent feedback
