GBP19,612 to GBP21,814 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Programmes and Study Abroad team, part of UEA Global, as a Global Programmes and Projects Administrator on a full-time indefinite basis. Due to the nature of the work, a willingness to work flexibly across the team with flexible working hours during out of hours events is essential. The Global Programmes team is responsible for the management, administration and promotion of the University's short courses, residential programmes, academic tasters and on campus events and activities for international students. Many events are currently offered virtually due to travel restrictions related to COVID-19. The post holder will play a key part in ensuring that accurate and efficient coordination is provided to support all programmes.

Duties will include processing student applications, organising visitors' travel arrangements, preparing accurate information for student handbooks, preparing materials for off campus weekend field trips, organising and hosting evening events on campus, handling and redirecting visitor's academic and pastoral concerns and supervising student ambassadors or other casual staff. In this interim period Virtual Learning Environments will be facilitated in programme delivery and the role holder will be involved in the development of programmes. The role holder will also provide administrative support across the team to ensure the success of daily operations, assisting with global recruitment projects, social media development and the duties of the Global Programmes Officer.

This post is available immediately, on a full-time, indefinite basis.
