We are now looking for Powder Coating Operatives to work the morning and afternoon shifts at our site in Greenfield.

Rewards

- Hourly rate of £10.26 - £11.26 depending on the shift
- Overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates of pay
- 40 hours per week

Role and Responsibilities

As a Powder Coating Operative, you will be responsible for the preparation and powder coating of manufactured products using an Electrostatic Powder Coating gun in a spray booth on a conveyor line.

You’ll demonstrate the ability to spray powder to the correct thickness range on a variety of products including:

- Aluminium extrusions
- Large flat surfaces
- Awkward profiles

Ensuring work is competed to the highest standard, you will adhere to specifications, complete kits and ensure all products are correctly labelled.

About You

To be considered as a Powder Coating Operative, you will need:

- Experience of using a manual spraying system
- The ability to prepare parts for powder coating
- The ability to work as part of a team and work to targets

Ideal candidates will have experience of working within a similar powder coating or paint spraying environment.

We would like to hear from you if you have held the role of Powder Coating Operative, Spraying Technician, Production Operative, Fabrication Operative, Spray Coating Operative or Semi-Skilled Operative.

Please note, this is a shift-based role working 40 hours per week on either a Monday to Friday 6am-2pm shift or Monday to Thursday 2pm-10.30pm and Fridays 2pm - 8pm. The pay rate will vary depending on the shift.

Shift rate of £10.26 - £11.26 per hour.
