New Homes Sales Negotiator

Porter Glenny New Homes are part of The Connells Group, the largest and most successful estate agency and property services provider in the UK. Founded in 1936 and with a network of over 1,200 branches nationwide, the Group combines residential sales and lettings expertise with a range of services including new homes, mortgage services, surveying, conveyancing and more!

We are currently recruiting for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our New Homes team at our hub in Rainham, Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively manages sales generation by utilising development marketing materials, local resources and local branch relationships.
  

• Build confidence with potential homebuyers by selling the features and benefits of the home products and homebuilding experience.
  

• Maintain buyer interest by effectively using listening and negotiating skills when confronted with challenging situations and counter with specific alternatives. Ensure fair and consistent treatment by effectively solving problems when they occur.
  

• Guarantee a realistic, but satisfactory home buying experience for the homebuyer by proactively communicating with the customer during the entire moving process.
  

About you:

• A sales background in estate agency or new home sales experience with a builder/developer
  

• Outstanding sales consulting and closing abilities

• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
  

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent customer care / customer service experience

• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented

• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
