Main Purpose of the role:
Assisting our Estate Agency branches with instructing Conveyancers
Speaking with clients and providing a Price Check Service on their legal quotations
Speaking with clients and instructing their Conveyancer on any related purchases
Dealing directly with our Conveyancers and helping with the smooth running of the legal transactions
Instructing legal files for our Just Mortgages Brokers
Completing monthly Audits to ensure accurate reporting of KPIs
Managing our panel of EPC Assessors to ensure appointments are booked and carried out in a timely manner
Salary - GBP14,000
OTE - GBP25,000

- Must be computer literate
- Experience of using spreadsheets

Qualifications
- GCSE Level C and above in English & Maths
