PA to Senior Leadership Team 

Birmingham Business Park, 4040 Lakeside 

Salary: Band D (£25,787)

Basis: Full Time

 

Hours: 37 hours per week

Work pattern: Monday to Friday

Type: Temporary-Fixed Term Contract

The Personal Assistant will provide a high quality administrative and secretarial service to the Senior Leadership Team. The post is maternity cover for approximately 9 months.

 

Ambitious and professional with your demonstrable experience of supporting to director level in all aspects of administration support.  Essentially you must be confident in your approach and willing to work independently to a high standard. Excellent diary and email management skills are crucial as you will be required to be fully prepared for meetings, distribute agendas and provide support for all administrative tasks as required. 

 

An NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience is essential as well as previous experience of supporting at director level is required.
