Deputy Manager - Nursing Home (Pin NOT Essential)
I am recruiting for an experienced and quality focused Deputy Manager for a Nursing Home in the Uckfield area.
We are looking for a qualified Deputy Manager or a Strong Senior Care Assistant who can assist the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home.
For the right candidate the salary is between GBP35k and GBP37.5k.
The Registered Manager must have
* QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
* Prior experience as Deputy Manager of a Residential Home (Preferred)
* Prior experience as Senior Care Assistant (Essential)
* Strong staff management skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Good understanding about CQC regulations
