My client is a leading design, manufacture, installation and maintenance business, based in Eastleigh, who take a project from a client through the whole life cycle.
A strong skill set for the role would be:-
Basic understanding of the HR functions
Strong admin skills
Ability to work effectively and efficiently
A strong administration and multi-tasking background
Be able to demonstrate accuracy and professionalism
Be able to take notes in HR meetings and type these up,
Be able to work with HR data to be able to report back to the HR team.
Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage confidential correspondence
