Key tasks as a Commercial Plumbing Engineer
The Commercial Plumbing Engineer is responsible for maintenance plumbing and reactive works.
• Responsible for installation, maintenance and repairing of all aspects of hot and cold-water systems in industrial, commercial and domestic environments, working in a variety of buildings.
• Part of the OOH call out rota.
• To carry enhanced van stock to achieve high first fix rate.
• Responsible for van stock in the same manner.
What we require
• Excellent understanding heating, hot and cold-water systems to install, maintain & repair.
• Possess comprehensive technical skills to fault find and rectify
• Knowledge of BMS Systems
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Able to use own initiative
• Have a flexible approach to work. Be prepared to work out of hours when required and be part of the out of hours call out rota
•Full UK driving licence
