- Experience in Social Care or a thirst to learn
- Empathy & understanding towards people who have a learning and physical disability
- A desire to make a difference for a person
- Be a team player and a have a person-centred approach to your work
- Reliability, flexibility & a can-do approach
The positon includes helping with personal care, being confident to manage a peg feed & manual handling tasks such as hoisting and wheelchair usage.
