We have an opportunity for a well organised Facilities Manager to ensure our properties and facilities are compliant with relevant Health & Safety, Environmental, Fire & Security standards.
This is a permanent, full time role.

What you'll be doingFor us facilities aren't a back office function, so you'll be out and about inspecting our properties and keeping on top of our systems. As part of the property team you'll report into the General Manager, and be accountable for the running of all aspects of facilities management across our properties, making sure we are safe and compliant.
This is role covers the facilities management for the whole South Warwickshire & Northamptonshire portfolio, this means working across Upton House, Canons Ashby, Farnborough Hall and Lyveden with the property teams. You will line manage the Business Services staff and the Facilities Assistants at Upton House and Canons Ashby.
Who we're looking for- An understanding of facilities management and maintenance requirements
- Good experience of broad compliance and risk management, including knowledge of Health & Safety, CDM regulations, Emergency procedures and Fire & Security procedures.
- Good people and customer service skills
- Experience of managing budgets, finances, projects and contracts/contractors
- Advanced IT skills
