Shifts / Hours: 06:30-19:00 - 4 days on 4 days off
Job Description:
Quest is looking for Machine Operators at GBP9.65 per hour in a chilled Fruit & Veg packaging Warehouse in Peterborough, 10+ Machine Operators working in a chilled environment 2 - 3 Degrees, 12 hours continental shift patterns.
This new modern facility in Peterborough needs experienced Machine Operators to meet this fast-paced and challenging environment head-on. Machines use Netting, Bagging, Weighing & Thermofilm processes.
Shift Pattern:
4 on & 4 off
12-hour shifts (06:30 - 19:00)
Breaks:
1 X 30 min (unpaid) & 1 X 30 min (Paid)
Duties:
Machine set up (Production Cycle)
Adjustments (speed/temperature)
Maintaining machine to ensure fit for purpose
Health & Safety orientated
Ensure product standards are upheld
Assisting with production when needed
Skills & Experience:
Machine Operator experience
Experience in food manufacturing environment
Production experience in food manufacturing
Fresh produce experience is helpful
