Adult Healthcare Trainer
Location: Kettering
Salary: GBP27,000 - GBP28,000 per annum plus mileage
Hours: Full Time- Monday to Friday
Type: Permanent
Imperial Professionals are delighted to announce we are working with a large Ofsted Grade 2 Training Provider who are looking to appoint an Adult Health Care Development Trainer.
Responsibilities:
Deliver to learners up to Level 3
Guide a caseload of learners to support them to achieve their apprenticeship with teaching sessions
Showcase success rates for both apprenticeship achievement and functional skills.
Observing learner progress across their apprenticeship
Helping learners achieve their Functional Skills level 2 in Maths and English if required
Promote and develop good relationships within the team
Support learners to present evidence for EPA
Support learners with additional learning needs
Requirements:
Experience of delivery up to Level 5
Level 5 management qualification
Hold an assessing qualification
Maths and English GCSE Grade C or Above/ Functional Skills Level 2
Driving Licence
Experience in the delivery of apprenticeships
Good communication skills
Holds a full licence and access to vehicle
Have minimum 2 years relevant occupational experience in Adult Care / Health Care Worker
Understanding of ESFA rules
