Choice Teachers are looking for Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs to fill various support roles in schools in Watford and the surrounding areas.
We are currently recruiting for engaging and nurturing SEN Teaching Assistants to work in the SEN schools and Colleges that we support within the local area. We currently have long term full time positions as well as short term temporary positions which suit people looking for people looking for the flexibility of choosing which days they would like to work.
The SEN schools that we work with include (but not limited to) the following types of SEN: ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, PMLD, SpLD, SLCD and PD.
Whilst it is desirable to have either a minimum level 2 teaching assistant qualification or SEN training (eg Team Teach, MAKATON etc), we will also strongly consider applicants who may not have SEN experience but show the right passion and desire to support SEN pupils.
When working through Choice Teachers you will receive very attractive rates of pay as well a dedicated consultant who will guide you through the registration and supply process so that you will feel fully prepared to begin work.
