Our client is an independent, family-owned manufacturing business established for over 30 years. They are actively recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Production Manager to join the team!
Production Manager Main Duties:
* Overseeing the production area, ensuring complete efficiency
* Managing a team of 25 staff
* Implementing and maintaining production / manufacturing processes
* Reporting to the directors
Production Manager Person Specification:
* Proven track record within a similar role
* Strong engineering / manufacturing background
* Knowledge of electronic components
* Worked with industries such as Defence, Marine, Aerospace
* Good knowledge of manufacturing processes
* Previous experience in the use of ERP/MRP systems or similar
