We are looking for a qualified plumbing and heating service engineer with Oil (Oftec) qualifications to join our Plumbing and Heating Company based in Wymondham, Norfolk.
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years Oftec experience with a knowledge of servicing boilers, fault finding and repairs. Applicants will required to work in the areas of Norfolk and Suffolk. A full driving licence is essential.
This position is a full time position.
Requirements of the Plumbing and Heating Service Engineer:
* To carry out routine boiler servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repair.
* To carry out plumbing remedials and repairs.
* To carry out heating remedials and repairs.
* To assist with installation of new heating systems, oil tanks etc as and when needed A previous background in working with oil (Oftec) based heating system.
The company will supply:
* Clothing
* Company vehicle
* Mobile Phone
* Company Pension
An OFTEC (Oft10-101) qualification is required. Consideration will also be given to applicants with a gas qualification (Gas Safe) but looking to undertake or complete an Oil (Oftec) Qualification as well.
Salary dependant on experience and will be discussed at interview.

* ACS gas qualifications elements CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1, WAT1.
* Experience in carrying out relevant installations, repairs and servicing in private and residential properties.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety at Work practices
* Ability to carry out dynamic risk assessments
* Understanding of COSHH regulations
* Full Driving Licence
