The Company:

ER Recruitment are excited to be working exclusively with our outstanding client based in Shropshire. They are a growing boutique business in the hospitality industry and already seeing the increase in business and the need for this new position as a Brand Operations Manager looking after several Franchises.

Role & Responsibilities of the Brand Operations Manager:

* Meet your Franchisee's monthly for effective & progressive business meetings while developing close business relationships with each to help them achieve the best outcomes

* Interact effectively at other times by phone, e mail, text, social media to achieve the required goals

* Establish each bespoke Business Plan & work with each Franchisee continually to implement at a sensible pace.

* Problem solve and business build creatively within the Brand vision, standards & guidelines as a continual exercise.

* Harness good ideas & best practice from Franchisees, share and implement as appropriate across the estate while also being mindful of what competitors are doing.

* Be aware of each Franchisees grip of their financial performance and their business acumen

* Aim to understand each Franchisees 'theoretical' P&L & personal income to ensure a sustainable scenario

* Own the credit control performance across your region

* Own the recruitment of Franchisees while keeping a talent bank at the ready and always be on the lookout for potential Franchisees.

* Manage terminations & handovers skilfully; maintain goodwill & positive PR whilst safeguarding profitability

* Keep an 'Inventory List' for each Franchise and own the maintenance of each property by helping each Franchise to fix items for which they are responsible, or where the company is responsible, at a sensible price & using the quote system

* Document & communicate clearly the agreed actions from all meetings & interactions within 1 week

* Set a good example by completing your own actions thoroughly, professionally and on time

* Contribute continually to the Support Team & company systems, evolving efficacy on behalf of all

* Be self-sufficient with administration, whilst engaging the Support Team to serve your Franchisees as appropriate

* Facilitate good supplier relations for the good of the overall business; price, efficiency and public relations

About You as the Brand Operations Manager:

* You will have an excellent business acumen and awareness of the everchanging landscape in the hospitality industry.

* You will have a focus on Sales, without losing the quality that is key to this company's brand

* Good knowledge of finances when it comes to operating profits, cost control and credit control

* Experience with Brand Marketing, Public Relations and an aptitude for Social Media

* The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

* Outstanding communication skills with an eye for detail

* Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to analyse and make good judgements
