A great opportunity has arisen to join a regional law firm in Eastbourne, East Sussex as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
Joining a leading residential property team you'll handle all aspects of conveyancing from start to finish including sale and purchase of freehold/leasehold, remortgages and buy to lets. In addition, you will develop relationships with agents, brokers and other property professionals.
You must be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (likely Conveyancing Solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer) with a proven track record in handling your own caseload using up to date case management systems. PQE range is open, therefore, anyone with upwards of 1yr PQE are encouraged to apply. Experience of lease extensions, buy-to-lets and investment portfolios desirable but not essential. Good client management skills are essential, as is the ability to form strong relationships with agents.
Salary/package is listed as a guide only and is very much negotiable depending on level of experience.
