1-1 Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced in-house recruiter to join a global brand. This position will start as a temp post with the look to make to role permanent in the not too distant future.
Role:
Manage a diverse and complex job portfolio across multiple sites
Assist in selection processes assisting HR
Ability to manage high volume recruitment
Design, implement and manage recruitment processes
Attend regular meeting with Managers
Build talent pipelines
Skills:
Previous workings on a multi-site Multi-disciplined business.
Ability to use Job Boards, ATS, Social Media etc..
