SF Recruitment are working with a well known company to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team in Derby on a full-time, permanent basis. This will be a working remote opportunity initially with the view to head back into the office when possible, so ability to be flexible is important.

THE ROLE:

  • Handle incoming calls
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Updating customers regarding their orders
  • Completing any relevant administration
  • Processing orders
  • Responding to email queries
  • Develop specific product knowledge
  • Following up on leads that the Customer service team have flagged up


The successful candidate for this role should have previous customer service experience and be able to work in a busy environment. This is a great opportunity, joining a great team of people who we at SF have previously placed, you will need enthusiasm and a willingness to work hard and a passion to want to deliver an excellent service for all customers. Thorough training is offered for this role, that has seen people really develop thorugh the business. In addition, you should have excellent administration skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.

Hours for the role are 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday.
