HR Document Project Specialist
Fixed Term Contract or Daily Rate - 6 months
Leicester / Home based with some travel to London.
Salary - GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 or GBP300 per day
SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a leading business for a HR Document Project Specialist to work on a specific HR/IT project. The scope of the role will be to plan document storage, sharing, retention, archiving across HR domain. You will work closely with the IT, HR, HR leadership and specialists in security, data privacy and business data / document solutions to set up modern and secure retention, sharing and storage systems for HR documents. Identify any document issues/security issues and then work together to put a plan in place.
Key Objectives:
- Compliance and security assurance
- Sharing and storage of the shared drive
- Share point - document sharing, structure and organisation of files
- Static Employee files
- Retention - mapping out retention policy for each document type.
- Personnel filing electronic system - operational type documents - fast access needed to legacy documents.
- Docu sign
- Data storage
- Agency agreements for contractors
- Implement guidance and training plans for HR teams to embed use of new systems and ways of saving and sharing documents.
Our client is looking for experience within HR Operations who has worked on specific IT projects, ideally HR systems, filing, retention, archiving. Knowledge or understanding of data privacy laws and HR business processes would be advantageous. You will be need to a self-starter, with a pragmatic and tactful approach.
Looking to interview week commencing 7th June
