Are you an experienced Building Manager - perhaps you've managed a similar property e.g. business centre or other commercial office building?
Then we want to hear from you! Joining one of the leading providers in flexible workspace and co-working space, and heading up their centre in Oxford.
You will be responsible for day-to-day running of the building, ensuring compliance with GDPR, Health & Safety and other policies and procedures.
But also delivering an amazing customer experience, identifying opportunities for sales and new business, plus integrating your building into the local community.
Location: Oxford - on the outskirts, just 15 minutes walk from the train station and with a handy Park & Ride stop right outside!
Salary: GBP30,000

This role would suit an experienced building or centre manager, ideally who has some knowledge of the flexible workspace or serviced offices business model.
You should have an eye for business opportunity - able to spot sales potential and chances to increase your occupancy of the site.
This might be through building community relations, promoting your site and partnering with local businesses and your regional manager to source leads.
You'll also need a good knowledge of all relevant Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Fire standards that need to be maintained in a commercial property.
