Scheduler

We're recruiting for a Scheduler to join a fantastic international FMCG organisation who are growing. Our client are leaders in their field are looking for a Scheduler to join them on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Managing reactive and planned maintenance works for dispatching engineers based in a certain region on a daily basis.
• Managing customer expectations with regards to attendance of works and ensuring they are receiving the best experience at all times
• Managing of the Dispatch Inbox
• Responding to customer queries regarding reactive and planned works within the expected SLA's
• Assisting other teams where necessary with scheduling return works, installs and re-installs as swiftly and smoothly as possible
• Clear communication with the Regional Managers and Senior Engineers regarding engineer routes daily

Experience Required

• Experience of working in a Scheduler or similar role
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Good systems knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Explorer and general Microsoft based systems)
• knowledge of areas around the UK would be useful
