Hays Social Care are looking for experienced Support Workers to support a 25 bed residential service - Malvern
Your new company
Hays Social Care are working with a client in Malvern who support adults in a residential service with mental health and learning disabilities for temp and temp to perm Support Worker opportunities.
Your new role
As a Support Worker you will be required work alongside a dedicated team to provide the best possible emotional and physical well-being of the individuals you will be looking after. You will engage with them and their families with warmth and compassion, helping to promote their dignity and independence to live a fulfilled life.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you will need to be open to shift cover, have at least 6 months experience and hold an NVQ Level 2 and be willing to work towards Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Being able to drive is desirable.
