Booth Welsh have a new role for a Lead or Senior Estimator with a good background in E+I Engineering. The ideal candidate would be from an E+I background but also have a good knowledge of other engineering disciplines including Mechanical and Piping and Civils.
We can look at someone on a permanent basis straight away or a contract to permanent route.
This is an immediate start working on an exciting new projects within the Oil and Gas, Pharma, Chemical and Petrochemical sectors.
Preparing first principle estimates from tender documentation
Experienced with JIB/NAECI terms and conditions
Producing schedules of rates
Pricing contract variations/change notices
Obtaining competitive quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors
Working closely with the project delivery team with occasional site visits
Projects range from GBP100k to GBP5M, across multiple sector
We can look at someone on a permanent basis straight away or a contract to permanent route.
