About the role
Our client are currently seeking a Business Solutions Analyst with experience of using Orchard Housing (MRI) experience to join their expanding team.
Your key requirements for this role include:
*
Providing 1st and 2nd Line support to users on issues/requests relating to the suite of Business systems including Orchard, Keystone, Connect, SVS, Open Accounts, iTrent, Rant & Rave and the GIS system
*
Undertake projects for new system implementations or developments
*
Acting as a Business Partner across the organisation to deliver an excellent ICT service to their customers.
*
Owning the technical aspects of System upgrades including integration, ensuring all UAT is completed by super users. Ensuring the Business systems are supported by third party suppliers.
*
Ensuring they are fully utilising the technology investment in situ, gathering and capturing information on new capabilities and functionality of the suite of systems.
*
Implementing new features with Business users and communicating enhancements to stakeholders and users.
*
Training and supporting individuals across the business in the use of business systems to enable users to use the tools appropriate for their job role and self-serve.
About you
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate the following:
*
Educated to 'A' level or equivalent in maths, computer science or data analytics
*
Demonstrate a desire to learn and support a number of Business applications across the business
*
Experienced professional who has previously worked in a Business Systems environment.
*
Working knowledge and application of SQL
*
Knowledge and skills sets associated with extracting, gathering and combining data for data analysis and data profiling activities
*
Managing full application lifecycle
*
Effective communicator within an organisation who is able to communicate complex and technical ideas and concepts in a clear and logical manner
