Warehouse Operative - Normanton
Interaction Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a Warehouse role on behalf of our client based in Normanton.
Various shifts available across days, afters and nights. As standard, shifts are Monday to Friday however successful candidates will be required to work Saturday's during busy periods.
MAIN DUTIES
Taking deliveries: Checking and entering them on to the system and allocating items to a specific job number
Quality control
Stock control and management
Organising workflow: Checking in advance to ensure that the next few days work is on track and that stock is available
Health and Safety: Carrying out basic risk assessments as required and regular fire alarm checks
Putting away stock
Order Picking
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL & ATTRIBUTES
Essential
Good attention to detail
Well organised and good at managing own time
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and changing priorities
A "can do" attitude
Desirable
Experience of working in the manufacturing / logistics industry
Quality control experience in a warehouse environment
Health and safety knowledge
