Position: Group Parts Manager
Location: Worchester
Salary: GBP55,000 - GBP60,000 + Company Car + Mobile Phone + Laptop
Contract: Full time and Permanent
Our client, a large Plant organisation with multiple sites is actively seeking to employ a Group Parts Manager.
The Group Parts Manager will be responsible for the development and management of the National Parts Operation.
The main responsibilities of the Group Parts Manager will include;
Management of a team of parts staff.
Undertake regular depot inspections to ensure that the parts areas are being maintained to a high standard.
Responsible for customer parts credit and discount authorisation.
Report the monthly parts department KPl's.
Responsible for ensuring the budgeted monthly and annual parts targets are achieved.
Continuously identify new areas of growth both Regionally and Nationally.
Ensure adequate resources are available to all regional parts staff together and that any development requirements are identified.
Ensure the parts department is compliant with all company policies.
The successful Group Parts Manager will have the following skills;
Technical knowledge of construction equipment
Problem-solving capabilities
NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely is preferred
Diploma in Supply Chain and Operations Management.
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail.
