Customer Insight Analyst GBP33,000 North Birmingham

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Insight Analyst to join our client based in North Birmingham (Home based initially). This is a full time, permanent role offering a competitive salary and fantastic benefits.

Main Duties of the Customer Insight Analyst role include:

Identifying and understanding trends and making quantifiable recommendations for opportunities to improve the business for customers
Database querying, extracting, mining and analysing customer, brand and market insights
Bringing data to life for business leaders through clear and impactful communication, presentation writing and delivery
Measuring the effect of customer investments & business decisions using the most suitable analytical and research methodologies
To be considered for the role of Customer Insight Analyst you will have:

Excellent academics and proof of ongoing professional training. Experience with Data Warehouse and Tableau/Power BI is a must
Software packages - Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a multitude of different personalities.
