This role is based within easy commutable distance of Leicester, Hinckley, Desford, Wigston, Coalville, Loughborough, Lutterworth and other local areas within Leicestershire - East Midlands

Globally renowned manufacturing organisation who design and produce high precision, tight tolerance and component level products for pharmaceutical, oil / gas, power generation, engineering, manufacturing and process engineering industries.
The Role:
This rare and exciting opportunity has arisen due to continuing company growth and expansion of the machining division.
Joining this multipurpose production team based at the company's UK Headquarters in Leicestershire, you will play a key role within the manufacturing chain. Using multiple hand / machine tools and CNC machinery, you will help produce tight tolerance, high precision and component sized products within a small batch process.
Working a standard day shift of Mon - Fri with plenty of premium paid overtime always available, you will work within a tight knit team to produce components for leading engineering and manufacturing companies across the world.

Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for aspiring technicians and production operators who have at least some experience working within a manufacturing environment. You will ideally have worked to produce component sized, tight tolerance, small batch (or similar) output possibly within pharmaceutical, aerospace, automotive, engineering or process industries. We are however open to receive applications from all industries where the output has been similar to that described above.
Sort after advantageous experience will exist in candidates who have CNC milling, turning, polishing, moulding or similar backgrounds.
You will work well in a team and also be someone who can deliver under pressure when quality and delivery are as always; very high on the agenda. With this in mind, we are looking for very enthusiastic, driven and organised applicants.
This career enhancing role would ideally suit someone with experience working in a tight tolerance, high precision, component level, CNC operation environment who has an extremely good work ethic for detail and quality.
