Engineering Supervisor
Salary: GBP45,000
Shift: Mon - Fri - Days
Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire.
We are recruiting for a Engineering Supervisor for a market leader in their industry with Multiple sites around the UK and supply to all major supermarkets.
The Engineering Supervisor can be either Mechanically or Electrically biased with Supervisory or Leadership experience within a manufacturing environment and the business are open to your background.
The role of the Engineering Supervisor will be to oversee the engineers who will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across Multiple production lines, focus on continuous improvement and get involved with project work as well. The site is currently going through a period of expansion and new production lines are being installed which the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will get involved with.
Skilled required for Engineering Supervisor:
Multi Skilled - Mechanically or Electrically biased.
Leadership / Supervisory experience
Any industrial, manufacturing background.
Strong electro-mechanical skills
The Engineering Supervisor will benefit from:
