Logistics Coordinator - Steeton, West Yorkshire
Salary: Competitive + Team Performance Bonus

The Role
The role requires a quick thinking energetic individual who thrives in challenging environments. You will interact with internal and external customers and suppliers. You will have a background in logistics and project administration with a genuine interest in technology.
Role Responsibilities:
Logistical delivery of various company projects both customer and internal
Working with accounts department when ordering equipment and product selection
Administrate technical team staff and pool vehicles as required, whilst also organising budgets and courier expenses
Responsible for monitoring deliveries and ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs of all goods
Arrange deliveries and pickups, maintaining shipment data
Resolve all problems that may arise such as: damages, shortages, customer service issues
Take minutes at meetings and distribute accordingly to the Technical Team
Coordinate equipment calibration
Liaise with subcontractors on site
Tracking of loan equipment and other client/company assets around the world
Maintain all company data bases
Coordinate exhibition and show set ups and displays
Assist the Health and Safety Manager ensuring company is compliant
Essential Skills & Requirements:
PRINCE2 environment
Profound knowledge of IT Systems: Excel, Microsoft suite
Experienced and efficient user of computer-based ERP systems (stock control, deliveries, project accounting etc.)
Stores & logistics experience within a technical delivery environment
Logistical planning for engineering teams
Technical project administration
IOSH
Purchasing experience
Asset database management
Providing professional customer support services
Full UK driving licence
