A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a well known organisation based in the Linlithgow area, who is currently seeking an Administrator to join their already established team. The successful candidate will be hired on an initial Temporary basis with a view of being offered a Permanent contract after a short probationary period.
Working as part of a small team in a busy working environment, you will be responsible for dealing with a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring that the office runs efficiently.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Saturday work will be required in future.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Speaking with customers face to face, over the telephone and via email correspondence.
* Accurately updating details on the companies in house system.
* Collating information and creating spreadsheets.
* Dealing with customer enquiry forms.
* Basic finance tasks using SAGE
* General administrative tasks as and when required
Candidate Requirements:
* Able to work in a fast paced environment
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills along with a good telephone manner
* A team player with a positive attitude
* IT literate
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous however applicants who can demonstrate the right attributes including willingness to learn will be considered.
Please note that due to location, candidates should hold a Full Drivers Licence.
