GTC are part of a family of companies owned by BUUK Infrastructure group and we are currently recruiting for a Multi Utility Construction Coordinator to work in conjunction with the Multi Utility Scottish Team in dealing with all customer queries on existing GTC Networks. The position is based from our Scottish Office location at Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill

Main responsibilities will include -

* Accountable for all mains work requests being logged onto the system, planned, booked, and expedited in a timely and efficient manner in line with operational requirements.

* Raising of all the required job packs either electronically or manually depending on the works and systems in use

* Water Mains and Services management of the flow of information to and from Scottish Water to facilitate installation of the works

* Management of all works information issued and returned and tracking progress of the sites

* Ordering of required materials

* Electric Mains management of the flow of information to and from Scottish Power

* Receive and log all customer queries both positive and negative

* Ownership of customer query's until satisfaction is achieved

* Liaise with the Scotland team and wider business to resolve any issues

* Responsible for the sample results / issue and return to Scottish Water on a timely basis to ensure connections are in line with program

* Variations to the developer, tracking of these and ensuring receipt of payments

* Assist with emergencies if required

The successful candidate must have experience and/or qualifications as well as having a working knowledge of current Legislation, Technical Standards & Specifications, Codes of Practice and Recommendations relating to all of the following utilities; Gas, Electric and Water Distribution Systems. The candidate must also be able to demonstrate their ability to manage customer complaint's / expectations and close out of customer queries.
