Pure Staff have a new opportunity for an experienced Transport Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning of delivery routes.
Key duties:
> To complete all transport related filling and administrate duties.
> Daily monitoring and motivation of staff ensuring relevant HR policies are followed, uniforms and processes are followed.
> Ensure vehicle daily/weekly defect checks are completed. Keeping clear and accurate record at all times.
> To prepare vehicle route paperwork and customer notifications in line with daily processes.
> Actively monitor driver and vehicle tracking to ensure routed times are being met.
> Arranging surfacing and repairs when required.
> Conduct return to work interviews and assist with disciplinary procedures where necessary.
> Driver debriefs- all issues to be reported.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
> A Full clean UK driving licence for at least 12 months.
> Strong telephone communication skills.
> Attention to detail.
> Vehicle loading experience.
> Delivery route planning experience.
> Experience driving large vans (Luton /Lo Loader etc).
Working hours:
Mon-Fri (Apply online only).
This is a 'Temp to Perm' position with the opportunity to earn a permanent contract after 13 weeks.
