Our client are a leading provider of PBSA (Purpose Built Student Accommodation). With impressive sites across the UK they are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee their residential sites in Cambridge.
As Property Manager you would be responsible for the day to day management of the sites and associated services including: marketing, lettings, scheduling and coordinating maintenance works, health & safety, tenancy administration, relationship management and much more!
Role outline:
To oversee all operations within the buildings including all facilities and health and safety compliance
Management and development of a small team
Ensure excellent customer service standards
Management of incoming queries from residents
Ensure the sites achieve occupancy targets through development of the booking journey and working closely with the Sales and Marketing team
Oversee the student booking cycle including conducting viewings, check in and out, inspections, tenancy agreements, rent & arrears management & head office documentation.
Relationship management with key stakeholders such as the University and local authorities
Budget management and cost control
Financial management and reporting
In order to be considered for this role you will need:
Experience in property management / lettings
Experience in delivering excellent customer service
Previous team management experience
Experience in building / facilities management and coordination of maintenance works
Experience in sales and / or marketing
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Experience in managing external relationships
If you are working outside of the student sector but are considering a move the good news is you don't have to already work in the sector to be considered, in fact, candidates with excellent transferable experience gained within areas such as lettings management, hotel management, building management and housing management will all be considered.
