Job Title: Tool Hanger and Moulding Assistant
Location: Taunton
Salary: GBP9.33 per hour to GBP10.65 plus shift allowance of GBP1.91 for hours worked before 8am and after 5pm.
Hours: Monday to Friday rotating shifts of 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm
Job Type: Permanent
Our very well established client in Taunton are currently recruiting for a Tool Hanger and Moulding Assistant to support the Moulding team in all aspects of production.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a good level of knowledge about operating injection moulding machines, combined with knowledge of tool hanging, material changes, quality control and production paperwork.
This role is an opportunity to learn and develop technician skills for the future.
In addition candidates will be able to:
- Be flexible to work shifts
- Have good communication skills
- Work well as a team player
- Have good attention to detail
- Have their own transport.
In return, the successful candidate will receive 28 to 33 days holiday, auto- enrolment pension scheme, free on-site parking and a friendly working environment.

Visitors are expected to wear masks on site and to follow strict Covid19 H&S procedures. Staff work in bubbles and the site have their own cleaning team. Staggered shifts have also been arranged to keep employees safe.
