Data Administrator
We are working with Englands top Water and Wastewater experts in their hunt for a data administrator to join their growing business on a permanent basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate level candidate to maintain and develop business data. The ideal candidate will be a reliable team player with excellent IT / Excel skills as well as strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills with a drive to learn and develop within the organisation.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Full training and development will be given.
Reporting directly into the Customer Services Manager, the key areas of responsibility are:
* Ongoing review of the completeness and accuracy of business data
* Liaise with staff and external organisations to source information including other water companies to obtain data in a timely manner.
* Manage meter data and provide accurate reports.
* Updating and maintaining a complete and accurate database of customers.
* Identifying and bringing new customers on-board utilising information from internal and external sources.
* Producing water and drainage reports for new home buyers.
* Assisting the Customer Services Manager in delivering performance and reporting commitments for customer satisfaction.
* Assisting other business managers as required.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* Educated to degree level.
* Excellent IT skills including Excel with the ability to input data accurately and concisely.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills.

All direct customer facing appointments are subject to a basic DBS check.
